- Foundation:Shoes and belts of steel-reinforced cement, according to conditions of geotechnical study.
- Structure: Steel-reinforced cement with flat reticular planes.
- Facade: Ceramic bricks, with air chamber and wall. Exterior finish with projected china (“Cotegrán” or similar)
- Roof: Flat, made of cellular cement or similar, with insulation. Water-tightness according to regulations.
- Interior: Walls and ceilings glazed with gypsum. Drop pain finished in plastic. Meshed bathroom to ceiling with top quality plain tiles, with decoration. Meshed kitchen to ceiling on furnished walls.
- Pavement: Vitrified ceramics in entire house with recesses of same material. Entry steps of artificial stone and water drains of natural stone.
- Plumbing: Installation of hot and cold water with copper pipes. PVC drain. Cutoff lever in bathroom, kitchen and general main. White sanitary installation: bathtub with pedestal, toilet with low tank and bidet. Chrome single control taps in bathroom and kitchen. Stainless steel sink in kitchen.
- Electricity: Installation according to low voltage regulations. Electric water heater with 50L capacity. TV/FM collective antenna. 3.3 kW of power per housing unit. White electrical devices.
- Kitchen furniture: High and low furniture with granite counter. Kitchen bar of the same material.
- Interior carpentry: Homologated front doors and interior passages, with wood seals and linings. Natural finish and Reina type locks or similar.
- Exterior carpentry: Made of aluminium with sliding sheets, white finish and slots for Venetian blinds (except in bathroom and kitchen). PVC Venetians with interior blinds (Monobloc) and single glass of 4 and 6 mm.
- Telephone: Pre-installed telephone line in accordance with royal decree 1/1998, 27 February and 279/1999, 22 January.
- Main entrance and stairway: Hallway with decorated entry and marble paving. Installation with electrical intercom in housing units. Lifts with automatic door.
- General development: Common areas and swimming pool.
